Have you prepared chocolate to give to your loved one on Valentine’s Day? Then, how about putting your love in a card and giving it to them? So, I prepared a card that had an old-fashioned feel to it. I made it to fit A4 size. There are envelopes and files. You can write a card and put it in an envelope, or you can just print the card.

After printing, cut it neatly after the ink dries. Complete the card by folding it in half. Prepare three cards: a pink heart, a chocolate heart, and a vintage-style card. Choose what you like and write on it. When making an envelope, you have to cut it and then glue it to get the text! Fold the wings on both sides and attach them by raising the bottom. Just insert the card, lightly glue it, and it’s ok~

Personally, I like cards with a vintage feel. I decorated it using the texture of crumpled paper. Looking at the back of the card, due to the nature of printing, only one side had to be printed, so the inside could not be decorated. Just draw, color, and decorate it according to your personal taste.A heart card full of love! The card may be small, but convey it with a big heart.

Making a Old Valentine’s Day Cards with subsidiary materials

This time, we made Valentine’s cards using materials purchased or obtained as samples in Dongdaemun. Nowadays, you don’t have to go looking for samples, you can buy everything retail.

Valentine's Day Cards

Oxford fabric

I used scrap fabric sold at a general market and sample swatches.

Ribbon, lace, hemp cord

Once you buy these, you can use them in many ways. Lace tends to fade or become saggy with age, but instead of throwing it away, you can use it to decorate small items.

Acrylic pearl

You can use the round beads found in the general market. Use leftover beads from making a ring or bracelet. You can also use a hemispherical hotfix from Donghwa Mall. The hemisphere is also pretty when used for nail art.

Swaddle Kenvax, Alphabet Convax

Samples can be purchased at the Donghwa Shopping Mall and can also be purchased with Alphabet Wings. The swaddles had different colors and patterns depending on the household, and the alphabet had different colors, but I believe they are currently discontinued except for the nickel. The convex is glued on the back so it can be heat attached.

Actually, I made this a few years ago. This is a card I gave for my first Valentine’s Day along with a homemade chocolate brownie. I still remember it vividly.
